「ウーファ」及び「長期」スタッフの募集条件です。
参考になさってください。
共同生活のため、プライベートな場所や時間が少ないですが、「ここで何かを得よう！」という心構えがあれば、きっと楽しく充実した日々が送れるでしょう。
それに対してBFはできる限りのサポートをさせていただきます。
スタッフチェック項目
長期・ウーファ共通1. 虫や動物（犬猫ヤギ）、子どもアレルギーでは無い
2. 体力や健康に自信がある
3. 玄米菜食でもへっちゃら
4. 仲間と生活ができる 他への気づかいができる
5. 積極的に仕事や行動できる
6. 好奇心なら誰にも負けない
7. 不便を楽しめる
長期を希望の方は、さらに以下の項目をチェック。8. ワード・エクセルなど簡単なパソコン操作ができる
9. ペーパードライバーではない（できればマニュアル車）
10. 社会人経験がある

1. Not allergic to bugs, animal (cats and dogs, goats) or children
2. Energetic and Healthy
3. Are comfortable with a vegan diet (brown rice and vegetables are the basic meal)
4. Comfortable with communal living
5. Hard working with other staff
6. Open minded and flexible in thinking
7. Positive to know Japanese culture, language and so on
8. Have an interest in organic farming and Japanese traditional life stlye
9. Early riser
10. Tidy
