旬の食べ物や季節を通して 自然のリズムや移り変わりを農作業から 土のエネルギーや命の力をチームワークから 人との繋がりと感謝を五感で感じる共同生活です。
食事は基本的に玄米菜食ですので、穀物とお野菜で大丈夫な方
健康丈夫で動物好き、お料理もお掃除も大好きで体力のある前向きで明るい方
仲間と一緒に仕事ができ、人のために積極的に動ける方
なるべく長期でいらっしゃれる方をお待ちしています。
10人程度の大家族、プライベートが少なくて大変なこともありますが、それを補って余りある体験が待っています。
みんなでクリエイティブな生活を楽しみましょう。

Internship Program
Brown’s Field hosts an internship program for those interested in a more in depth experience of Japanese slow life farm living. Over the years we have hosted interns from many countries all over the world. Though there are usually limited positions available for interns, we are happy to accept those interested in Macrobiotics, organic farming, sustainable construction, and making traditional Japanese fermented and natural foods.
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, hard working and enthusiastic people interested in learning and exploring life.
We have several long-term Japanese staff members as well as short-term staff positions sharing a traditional Japanese home.
