●ゲストハウスゲストハウスはもともとの土蔵をデコさんとエバレットさんが引っ越してきた当初、子供達の個室として整備し始めました。土壁、自然素材で作られている土蔵はそう簡単に素人だけでリフォームできるものではなく、子供達が大きくなり巣立った後は友人がリラックスして滞在できる空間にしようと四苦八苦。扉はモザイク作家の松下さんに、その他改装はウーファーさん達に手伝ってもらい年月をかけて今のゲストハウスへと仕上げていきました。
月明りと朝日の自然光が射し込むゲストハウスは日頃の喧騒から離れるには、理想的な空間です。季節ごとに変化する自然の音色と共に過ごす静かな時間を、思う存分堪能して下さい。天然素材のみで仕上げられている為にご安心して泊まっていただけます。
・Guest House
The Guest House is a restored Meiji era barn of the traditional earth wall variety. With the help of a creative team of architect and artist friends and volunteers from around the world the old barn has been transformed into a beautiful guest house that sleeps up to six people.
●ツリーハウス1（和風）
銀杏の木を始め敷地内には色々な木々が実を成らせています。母屋の横にある山ももの木に“ツリーハウスでお茶をしましょう！”との一声で、最初のツリーハウスが2006年に完成。
・Tree house 1 (Japanese style)
The Japanese tree house offers a more intimate experience with its large round window designed for moon viewing. On full moon nights the room is bathed in a beautiful blue light.
●ツリーハウス2（洋風）和風ツリーハウスが完成したのちは、「釣橋を渡して高床式のツリーハウスを作ろう！」とティパを作ってくれたチームが2008年に完成。無国籍風のツリーハウスは木に負担をかけないように工夫され、珪藻土を使うなど環境にも配慮されてます。空中に浮いて眠りに陥るブラウンズフィールドならではの体験をお子様と一緒に大人も楽しんでみませんか。
・Tree house 2 (Okinawan style)
Via a wooden swinging bridge is the Okinawan island style tree house that was created by a brilliant team of carpenters from Beach Rock Village on the main island of Okinawa. The tree house comfortably sleeps two people.
Everyone loves tree houses. Perhaps it is because our primate ancestors once lived in trees that we feel a nostalgia for them. Our tree houses were designed to give our guests a primal sleeping experience.
アメニティーについて
一般的な宿泊施設にあるようなアメニティーはここにはおいていません。私たちはむしろ、極力使用しないようにお勧めしています。BFでは上下水道がなく、井戸水を汲み上げ、使用後の水は浄化槽に流れていきます。その後は土にそのまま染み込んでいくのです。どんなに環境に優しいシャンプーやリンスでも、使用すれば多少なりともインパクトを与えます。それが続けば、地球に対する負担が大きくなるのです。しかし、どうしてもというお客様のために自然分解する液体石鹸をご用意しています。
Amenities
Based on the principle of simple organic living we try our best to limit our use of non-organic products. At our main facilities we use a simple grey water purifying system, which means our waste water goes directly back into the earth. Therefore we ask our guests to limit their use of cosmetics and detergents when staying at Brown’s Field. If you need, we can provide the highest organic quality soaps for your use during your stay.

環境保全のため、バスタオル等はご持参いただいています。宜しくご了承ください。
また、各部屋にゴミ箱のご用意はありません。お手数ですが、お持ち帰りをお願いします。
建物内は全て禁煙ですので、ご協力をお願いします。
Also, to keep our environment clean we encourage our guests if at all possible to bring their own towels. If necessary, towels can be provided.
All rooms are non-smoking and no trash containers are located in rooms. If you have trash we kindly ask you to take it with you.
食事
宿泊には、夕食と朝食が付いています。
母屋の大部屋で、スタッフと一緒に玄米菜食中心のお食事をとっていただきます。
畑で採れたての旬の野菜やご近所の農家さんが無農薬で育てた野菜を使ったお料理は、質素ながらも食材本来の味を楽しむことができます。調味料は極力オーガニック製品を使用しています。特に味噌と醤油はBFで作ったものをお出ししています。
基本的に動物性は使っていませんので、乳製品アレルギーのあるお子様にも安心して召し上がっていただけます。その他のアレルギーがある場合は、事前にお知らせいただければ、できるかぎり対応いたします。
ランチをご希望のお客様には、オプションにてお昼をご用意いたします。要予約ですので、事前にお申し出ください。
大人数でワイワイと食べる食事は、コミュニケーションの場。弧食の進む都会では、もはや珍しい光景かもしれません。安全で美味しいものを食べ、そしておしゃべりをする。これ以上のご馳走はありません。
Meals
Dinner and breakfast is included in your stay. Most guests prefer to have meals with the Brown’s Field family at the big table in our main house. We believe that enjoying interesting conversation over a fine meal is one of life’s joys.
The food dishes are made with fresh vegetables picked right from our garden or provided by neighboring organic farmers. Our recipes are based on traditional farming recipes, but with a modern sense of style that brings out the fresh and delicious taste of our finest natural ingredients. While we use the highest quality olive, sesame and other oils from around the world, our miso and soya sauce are fermented right on the farm.
Generally our meals do not include fish, dairy or meat, but are available by advance order. Brown’s Field is located on the Boso Peninsula, home to some of the finest cheeses, local fish and meats that are served also served Tokyo’s Michelin three-star restaurants. Please let us know if you have any allergies beforehand so that we can accommodate your personal dietary needs.
If you wish to enjoy lunch at Brown’s Field as well, we can provide lunch at an optional fee. Please reserve in advance.
