ライステラスコテージのコンセプト
遠くからブラウンズフィールドやカフェにいらしてくださるたくさんの方のご要望に答えて、ついに「ライステラスコテージ」がオープンしました。ご予約いただければ、蔵を改築したゲストハウスやツリーハウスに宿泊していただけます。 たまには、心からゆったりと休みに来てください。
ここには、夜は暗く、星がまたたき、朝日がのぼり、鳥がさえずるという本来ならあたりまえの生活があります。 童心に帰って、ヤギや犬や猫達と遊んだり、ブランコにのるのもいいでしょう。 ハンモックに揺られながらのんびり青空に浮かぶ雲を眺めるのもいいかもしれません。
車で15分ほどで海にも行けますし、もし、土に親しみたいのでしたら、お声がけください、ご一緒に農作業をしましょう。
お食事は、古民家の広間で、大家族の雰囲気の中、無農薬の玄米や新鮮なお野菜を堪能していただけます。
田舎のおばぁちゃんの家に来るつもりで、お気軽にいらしていただけたらうれしいです。

Because of its remote location, café patrons from across the country found it difficult to travel to Brown’s Field simply for the café. Eventually, so many customers had asked about a longer stay that the Brown’s Field guest house was born, giving macrobiotic enthusiasts from around the world the opportunity to experience Brown’s Field for more than just one meal. Guests have a choice of accommodation, including an exquisitely refurbished outbuilding of the main house or one of two hand-crafted tree-houses, complete with composting toilet.
Staying at Brown’s Field offers guests the chance to return to a life where the stars are still bright, birds still sing, food is made with joy and respect, and everything is as it should be.
Brown’s Field is a place to re-embrace one’s childhood. Take this opportunity to interact with the farm’s goats, cats and dog, while wandering the rice paddies and bamboo groves. Alternatively, relax in one the hammocks or wander down to the beach, only 15 minutes away by bicycle. However, if you really want to get back to the earth, just ask one of the staff and they’ll get you a shovel so you can join in the fun!
Homemade dinner and breakfast is included in the Brown’s Field stay. In the main house, along with the Brown’s Field family, you’ll be pampered with lovingly made, 100% organic meals, served with heritage, home-grown brown rice.
